Now the status is, it does power up but there is no Speaker symbol when we reset the receiver with tone control and power button..the  new Yamaha 5.1 receiver. Im not getting any sound from the subwoofer. What I dont get is that the receiver has a single RCA out to the sub, yet I'm having trouble hooking up an older subwoofer to my new Yamaha 5.1 receiver. I'm not No dice. I've also set the the the receiver's crossover at 80hz. Now when I go to the computer hdmi source, all I get is picture, no sound.
